Florida Home Inspections
What is a home inspection?
A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual inspection of a dwelling, its sub-systems, and the surrounding property. It is designed to identify defects, safety issues, and components that are likely to need replacement or repair in the near future.
What will the home inspector do?
The home inspector will research the original building permits and any subsequent permits prior to arrival. They will then conduct a detailed on-site inspection of the home, its sub-systems, and the surrounding property. Following the inspection, a report will be emailed to you in PDF format.
