“A Home Inspection is a non-invasive visual examination of a residential dwelling, often

If that weren’t enough these SOP’s also limit the number of electrical outlets, doors and windows to be inspected, as well as limiting what parts of the plumbing system will be checked. The end result is a very limited inspection lasting 2-3 hours (depending on the size of the home) where only a “representative number” of items will be evaluated.
