What is a home inspection?
A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual inspection of a dwelling, its sub-systems and the surrounding property designed to identify defects, safety issues and conditions that are likely to need replacement or repair in the near future.
What will the inspector do?
The inspector will research the original building permits and any subsequent permits prior to arrival. He or she will then conduct a detailed on-site inspection of the home, its sub-systems, and the surrounding property. Following the inspection, a report will be emailed to you in PDF format.
